- Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
- Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day. Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
Minimum Stay Requirements:
- Low Season: 2 nights
- High Season: 3 nights
- Peak Season: 5 nights

- Welcome drink upon arrival.
- Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.
- Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement.
- First-day only Continental breakfast (max. 2 breakfast per room).
- Free usage Wi-Fi Internet access.
- Daily villa cleaning.
- Housekeeping service from 9 am - 5 pm
- Security service from 9 pm - 5 am

Exclusion during the rental:
- Electricity. For conventional meter, the electricity charge per KWH will be calculated from the date of check in until 3 hours before check out and must be paid 1 hour before check out. For token/prepaid meter, guests can purchase an electricity token code as needed and the villa staff will be ready to help buy it.
- Breakfast.
- Laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.
